F.A.Q’s

How much do you cost?

My fees depend on various factors... the option(s) you would like, the line up, the timings, travelling time / distance etc. As a rough guide, daytime options start at £350 and evening options from £450. Travel time and fuel costs are included in the quote for up to 20 miles from where I am based in Bridgend.
You can request my option prices here; there is absolutely no obligation to book with me and I am always happy to recommend other singers should I not be within your budget.

Do you learn song requests?

Yes definitely! There are over 300 songs in my repertoire which are suited to the various parts of your day but if there is a special song you would like that isn’t already on the list (have a quick look here) of course I will learn it for you.

It can take a number of hours to learn, practice and perfect a new song to the standard that I would be happy to perform it at a wedding and so I may ask for a small fee to cover my time.

How far do you travel?

I generally cover the South Wales area but if my diary can accommodate it, I love to travel all over the UK and overseas.

How long do you play for?

This varies depending on the option you would like to book and the timings of our event. For example; drinks reception music is up to 90 minutes of singing and evening parties are two one-hour long performance sets.

Every wedding is different and I am totally happy to work with your plans and wishes for the day in regards to timings. We can discuss all of this at the point of booking.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, I kindly ask for a 20% deposit to secure your date.

I get lots enquiries every week and so I can only hold a date for 10 days before I make it available again. I am almost full for 2024 but my diary is open right up to 2026 so please do get in touch soon if you’re thinking of booking.

How long do you need to set up?

For any of my options, an hour to load in, set up and sound check is ideal. I can sometimes make this quicker for solo or duo performances if needed.

Do I need to provide anything?

All I will need is an electricity supply as near to the performance space as possible, two power points for solo or duo and at least four power points for the band.

I provide all sound and lighting equipment required.

I have a full PA system capable of providing sound for a room of up to 300 people; including two Mackie 450 speakers, a 12 channel Behringer sound desk and all instruments, cables and microphones required. I also have a full industry standard LED lighting rig consisting of two KAM Powerbars and four Chauvet Freedom Sticks.

For daytime set ups, I have a Bose L1 PA system which is portable enough to move locations quickly (i.e. from ceremony to drinks reception etc) and capable of providing sound for a room of up to 150 people.

Are you insured?

Yes, my public liability insurance is with AXA Insurance and I am covered for up to £1million. All of my electrical equipment is PAT tested annually to ensure it's all in safe working order.

Certificates for both are available upon request and I am able to forward these to your venue on your behalf should you need me to.

Can we see you perform before booking?

Yes, and I highly recommend that you do. I perform at least one public show every month around South Wales and I post all of the details on my Calendar. If you are able to come along to any open gigs, please come and say hi, I’d love to meet you.

It all sounds great, how do I book?

It's easy! Contact me here with the date, venue and a few details about your ideas for the day and I will get back to you straight away to confirm if I am available and we can go from there.
